Kelly AmorEditor-in-Chief of Whedonopolis and Vice-President of Fandom Charities Inc
Kelly is a California native who likes long walks on the beach, melon margaritas and enjoying movie screenings with a few hundred of her closest friends. Her administrative position in the financial industry doesn’t satisfy her creative and philanthropic needs, so she hangs out here with us. Shan’s favorite quotes tell you about her, “I love deadlines. I love the sound they make when they go whizzing by.” –Douglas Adams. AND “- you’re going to burn in a very special level of hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.” — Shepherd Book
The Button LadyStaff Writer/Interviewer, Fandom Charities, Inc. Board Member and Merchandise Mistress for Whedonopolis/Fandom Charities.
She enjoys sharing geekdom with all. Known for some fun interplay with Chris Hardwick and various celebrities at San Diego Comic Con, she was also interviewed but left on the cutting room floor by Morgan Spurlock for his film, “Comic Con: A Fan’s Hope.” You’ll find a full page of her in the accompanying coffee table book, though. When you see her around town with her cape, if you ask her, “How heavy is that thing?”, you'll have to try it on. What’s your fandom? She has a button for it. (If you see her WITHOUT her cape, she is in her secret identity – just nod knowingly and walk on by.)

Into heavy metal music, his answer to "What is a Slayer?" is reminiscent of Forrest's to Riley. But, he does the books for us, so we forgive.

Susie Modjallal –
Staff Writer /Interviewer. Susie writes about things she watches. And sometimes talks to cool people and then writes abut that, too. Also, she loves movies and TV. Genre stuff, actually. Growing up loving comics and science fiction, it was only a matter of time before Susie got into the act of writing and reviewing tv shows and covering events at the Paley Center in LA, and special events like San Diego Comic Con and the Geekie Awards. If it’s British, if it’s Japanese or if it has Matt Bomer in it, chances are she’s seen it and loved it.
– Senior Staff Photographer. Eugene’s youth was spent exploring his love of photography starting at age 10. The limited availability of resources forced him to develop his own techniques and make his own prints. These experiences have shaped his unique worldview as a photographer. In 1998 he resumed professional work in Los Angeles and has garnered attention in the exciting arena of red carpet and event photography. At San Diego Comic Con, 2004, he joined the press pool. Eugene is regularly recognized by talent and utilizes this to capture the emotion of the moment. Portrait photography is also an area in which he works in between attending conventions and teaching. Nancy McDonald –
Guest Writer/Interviewer. Nancy is a Geek/Nerd originally from the East Coast. She is greatly enjoying the LA life, especially the amazing friends she has made out here. She loves reading, writing, film, and some TV shows. She loves the internet a little too much, but she can stop any time she wants. No, really. She totally can. Don’t judge. She also feels pretty weird describing herself in the third person, but that’s how these things work, right?
