We never get enough episodes with all of the Mikaelsons together on The Originals and I’m always excited when we get those rare episodes. This was definitely one of the best of the series.
Through all the years Julie Plec has broken our hearts and killed off characters, she always does a beautiful goodbye for the character. She did not disappoint for Hayley Marshall.
The final season of The Originals is sure to have a lot of twists and turns but I don’t think anyone saw [spoiler’s] death coming. Even when it was happening, I didn’t believe it was really happening.
It’s nice to see The Originals staying true to itself in its final season. And it was nice to see Elijah back to his normal self, even if it was in a flashback.

When we left off, Vincent warned that they could never be together again, so what would bring them back together and who would free them from the Hollow?
The Mikaelsons are up against their biggest threat yet, but Freya doesn’t seem to be fazed. At least not in this promo. Ever since Freya met her family, she’s fallen in line with the “family first” motto pretty quickly. Will there be time for her to find love?
We’re about halfway through the season and we’re really in the thick of it now.
Marcel wanted to be done with the Originals but looks like he’s dragged right back in. Can they work together to take down this threat?
The rescue mission is just beginning. Now that Hayley has woken up her family, it’s time to get Klaus. That may prove to be tricky. While Marcel won’t kill Klaus, he has no qualms about killing Elijah.
