Ms. Landau is best known for playing the role of Drusilla on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spinoff, Angel, over the course of six seasons, which earned her a Saturn Award nomination. She co-starred in Ed Wood and starred opposite Whoopie Goldberg in New Line Cinema’s Theodore Rex. She has shown her skill with dialects by lending her voice to various characters on the popular animated series’ Justice League Unlimited and Ben 10, as well as the animated movie Green Lantern: First Flight.

In 2009, Ms. Landau co-wrote, with Brian Lynch, two issues of the Angel comic book series featuring her character, Drusilla, for IDW Publishing. In addition to writing, she contributed numerous ideas and references for both the cover and interior art of the issues.

In July 2013 it was announced that she will voice a new incarnation of the Time Lord, Romana, in the Big Finish Productions audio dramas Gallifrey VI and Luna Romana, spin-offs of the TV series Doctor Who.
